Here are the services we can offer for an elopement.

  1. Discuss and Decide: Communicate with your partner about the idea of eloping and ensure you both share the same vision. Decide a destination where you'd like to elope and if Crete is your dream place, let’s begin this planning together!

  2. Choose a Location: We will help you to find the ideal location that will be meaningful to both of you. It could be a picturesque beach, a charming winery, an olive grove or a luxury hotel

  3. Legalities: We will assist you with the marriage license requirements for the location you've chosen. We will you understand the necessary documentation and any waiting periods for a religious or civil wedding

  4. Accommodations: We will help you arrange accommodations for your stay. This could be a romantic bed and breakfast, a cozy villa, a yacht or a hotel, depending on your preferences and the location.

  5. Officiant and Witnesses: If required, we will find an officiant for your ceremony.

  6. Attire: We will help you to choose your wedding attire. It can be as formal or as casual as you desire. Don't forget to consider the summer climate of our amazing Crete

  7. Photography and Videography: We will help you to hire a photographer or videographer to capture your special day.

  8. Plan & Design the Ceremony: We will assist you the details of your ceremony, including vows, readings, and any special rituals you want to include.

  9. Dinner Afterwards: We will plan a way to celebrate after the ceremony. This could be a romantic dinner or a picnic or a cruise

  10. Cut the Cake: An amazing moment which will be added in your photo album

We offer unlimited consultation meetings to discuss your vision, preferences and requirements for the wedding.

  1. Venue Selection: Assistance in selecting a suitable wedding and ceremony venue in Crete based on your preferences and budget.

  2. Vendor Recommendations and Coordination: Recommendations for coordination with other wedding vendors, including photographers, florists, caterers, musicians, and more.

  3. Budget Management: Help with creating and managing a budget for the wedding, ensuring that expenses align with your financial plan.

  4. Legal Requirements: Guidance on legal requirements and paperwork for getting married in Crete, including assistance with necessary documentation. We offer assistance for religious and civil celebrations

  5. Design and Decor: Proposals and assistance with the overall design and decor of the wedding, including themes, color schemes, styling and gifts.

  6. Logistics and Scheduling: Planning and coordination of the wedding day logistics, including the timeline for the ceremony and reception.

  7. Accommodation and Transportation: Help with arrangements for accommodations for you and your guests, as well as transportation options.

  8. Guest Management: Assistance with guest list management, RSVP tracking, and communication with guests regarding travel and accommodations. Depending on the complexity of the group we might work for this service with a local travel agency

  9. Ceremony and Reception Coordination: On-the-day coordination to ensure that the ceremony and reception run smoothly, including overseeing setup and breakdown.

  10. Emergency Planning: Preparation for unexpected situations like back up weather plan or emergencies to ensure a seamless wedding day experience.

Available for Christening events only

Planning a christening, also known as a baptism or naming ceremony, is a special and meaningful event.

The process starts with initial consultation by meeting with the family to understand preferences, traditions, and expectations for the christening ceremony and related events.

  1. Church Coordination: We liaise with the church or religious institution where the christening will take place to confirm the availability of the venue, discuss ceremony details  and ensure any church requirements.

  2. Guest List Management: Assist you in creating and managing the guest list, considering the capacity of the venue and any social or cultural considerations.

  3. Invitation Design and Distribution: Work with the family to design invitations, incorporating relevant religious symbols or themes. Manage the distribution of invitations either printed or online like paperless post and track RSVPs. (designer, printing, delivery fees are not included)

  4. Vendor Selection & Coordination: Suggest ideal vendorsand manage them, such as florists, caterers, photographers, and videographers, to ensure their services align with the family's vision.

  5. Godparent Consultation: Guide the family in selecting godparents, explaining their roles and responsibilities during the ceremony, and assisting with any related logistics.

  6. Ceremony Planning: Assist you in planning the christening ceremony

  7. Decor and Theme Planning: Work with the family and develop a design proposal that complements the religious significance of the event. This may involve selecting appropriate colors, symbols, theme.

  8. Reception Planning: If there is a reception or celebration after the ceremony, coordinate the logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and entertainment.

  9. On-the-Day Coordination: Be present on the day of the christening to oversee the setup, manage the ceremony, and coordinate any post-ceremony events.

  10. Additional services: assistance with the selection of favors, gifts

Offer includes the planner’s fee along with a themed candy bar- lemonade-water stand for up to 50 guests.

Consulting OR On the day Coordination

Starting from 500

We offer a consulting in the first steps of your wedding planning OR on the day event management coordination services which include 2 meeting (online or face to face) of up to 3 hours per meeting.

Here's an overview of the key responsibilities associated with this role

  1. Timeline Management: Develop and manage a detailed timeline for the wedding day. This includes coordinating the timing of the ceremony, reception, and any other scheduled events.

  2. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with all vendors involved in the wedding, including the florist, photographer, caterer, DJ, and others. Ensure that everyone is aware of the schedule and their respective responsibilities.

  3. Guest Assistance:Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have during the event. This includes guiding them to different locations like finding their table and addressing any issues that may arise.

  4. Bridal Party Management: Coordinate with the bridal party, ensuring that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities. This includes cueing bridesmaids and groomsmen for the processional and assisting with any wardrobe issues.

  5. Communication: Maintain open communication with the couple, keeping them informed about the schedule and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

  6. Rehearsal Attendance: Attend the wedding rehearsal to familiarize oneself with the ceremony and reception spaces, and to clarify any last-minute details with the couple and the rest of the wedding party.

The on-the-day coordinator works to ensure that the couple can enjoy their wedding day without being burdened by logistical details. Their role is essential in turning the couple's vision into a smoothly executed reality.
